Marketing Specialist (Campaigns & CRM)
who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning insights into high-performing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of
creative marketing and data-driven execution
, owning the full lifecycle of CRM-led campaigns while working closely with cross-functional teams.
You'll play a key role in
audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization
, ensuring our campaigns reach the right users, with the right message, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Own end-to-end campaign execution: ideation, build, launch, and optimization across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Social, and In-App channels.

Develop creative campaign hooks and messaging that align with brand identity while driving engagement and conversions.

Rapidly deploy seasonal, promotional, and reactionary campaigns based on business priorities and market trends.
CRM & Audience Segmentation

Build and manage granular user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences using CRM platforms.

Create personalized user journeys and messaging paths to improve retention, engagement, and LTV.

Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
Data, Insights & Collaboration

Monitor campaign performance and translate KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Present post-campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.
Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaigns.

Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Nice to Have

Experience working with mobile apps or product-led growth environments.
