Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist (Campaigns & CRM) who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning insights into high-performing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of creative marketing and data-driven execution , owning the full lifecycle of CRM-led campaigns while working closely with cross-functional teams.

You'll play a key role in audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization , ensuring our campaigns reach the right users, with the right message, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: ideation, build, launch, and optimization across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Social, and In-App channels.
  • Develop creative campaign hooks and messaging that align with brand identity while driving engagement and conversions.
  • Rapidly deploy seasonal, promotional, and reactionary campaigns based on business priorities and market trends.

CRM & Audience Segmentation

  • Build and manage granular user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences using CRM platforms.
  • Create personalized user journeys and messaging paths to improve retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.

Data, Insights & Collaboration

  • Monitor campaign performance and translate KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Present post-campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaigns.
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with mobile apps or product-led growth environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and attribution tools.
  • Experience running lifecycle or retention-focused campaigns.
