KANDU Industries is seeking an organized and creative marketing & events Specialist to manage the implementation of the organization’s marketing initiatives and fundraising events.

Reporting to the marketing director, this position plays a key role in managing day-to-day marketing activities and event coordination that support organizational growth across fundraising, production services, and client programs. This role works closely with the director and receives ongoing guidance and direction while managing timelines, materials, and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and coordination for all fundraising events, including materials, vendors, timelines, and on-site operations
• Manage implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
• Manage marketing initiatives that promote KANDU’s production and assembly services
• Manage outreach efforts that increase awareness and enrollment in client programs
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, sales sheets, sponsorship packets, and event collateral
• Create and manage content for website, email, and social media platforms
• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and assist with reporting
• Maintain brand consistency across communications

Qualifications

• Experience managing fundraising or community events
• Strong content development and writing skills
• Graphic design proficiency a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
