Health Advantage is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help tell our story, connect with our community, and grow our brand. This individual will be a collaborative and detail-oriented team member with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
The primary purpose of this position is to support Health Advantage Federal Credit Union in advancing our mission—We are dedicated to helping those within the healthcare industry achieve financial success.
As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist contributes to a variety of initiatives including the creation and design of marketing campaigns, advertising, social media management, business development support, internal and external communications, and general assistance across projects and events.
This is a 40 hour per week career position. Some evenings and early mornings may be required due to Marketing needs.
Develop and maintain proficiency in various software programs for production, design and tabulation of various marketing pieces and research materials. This includes demonstrating a working knowledge of the company's programs for target market identification and promotion results tracking purposes. Additionally, this includes developing and maintaining the ability to manage and update website and home banking site.
Assist in maintaining the Credit Union’s social media presence with accuracy and while maintaining our brand.
Create and maintain a variety of internal and external communications including, but not limited to newsletter articles, press releases, advertising copy, videos, electronic signage, letters and emails.
Assist the Marketing Department in development of campaigns, member events and other initiatives including video creation.
Take the lead with support in the graphic design and video creation needs within the department ensuring cohesiveness between all projects and promotions.
Attend and participate in various community events.
Maintain the Credit Union’s website and blog; creating content that is in line with the company’s voice, style and brand guidelines.
Produce and edit video for various mediums.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools
- Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and Google Ads
- Ability to create engaging content, including video and design graphics
- Familiarity with performance marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of content management systems and B2B marketing strategies
