About Us

We are a growing company focused on building strong brand awareness and driving consistent customer growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who is creative, organized, and execution-focused—someone who can manage campaigns from idea to launch and track real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, website)
• Create and manage content for social media, promotions, and brand materials
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese ****
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with U.S. food & beverage franchise regulations

Compensation Structure

Probation Period (First 3 Months): $4,000/month

• Post-Probation: $5,000/month base salary + multiple performance-based bonuses
