Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and creating campaigns that effectively target and engage audiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to optimize ticket sales and providing support for key marketing initiatives. The position requires enthusiasm for marketing within the entertainment industry and interacting with various stakeholders to enhance customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans for live events aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and smooth event success.

Content Strategy & Production

  • Manage content calendars and create SEO-optimized blogs, emails, social posts, and website content tailored to local audiences.
  • Conduct market and audience research to enhance content relevance and engagement.

Social Media & Community Management

  • Oversee daily social media activities using Sprout Social, including scheduling, monitoring, and engaging across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Analyze metrics to improve engagement and brand sentiment, while managing community feedback.

Email Marketing

  • Design segmented, personalized email campaigns via Salesforce and optimize them to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign scheduling and customer journey management.

Paid Media Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Monitor budgets and KPIs using platform dashboards; employ A/B testing to refine targeting and creatives.

Website & SEO

  • Maintain event pages and blog content with SEO best practices, using SEMrush and
  • Google Analytics 4 to monitor performance and user behavior.

Brand Development & Asset Management

  • Develop and maintain brand assets to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
  • Manage branded content campaigns and create marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Consolidate data from GA4, paid media, Sprout Social, email platforms, Salesforce, etc., to prepare actionable reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with sales, product, creative, and operations teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new marketing tools; suggest innovative tactics to boost growth.


Qualifications

  •  Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in event marketing, entertainment or agency experience.
  • Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and planning to design impactful campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
