Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute and manage marketing plans for a mall or project through digital and advertising campaigns, market analysis, and performance tracking. The role focuses on increasing tenant attraction, visitor footfall, and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan promotional programs, select appropriate marketing channels, and evaluate advertising effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing timelines, follow up on execution, and assess campaign results.
  • Prepare marketing reports, analyses, and recommendations in line with approved policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, online campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Conduct market studies, assess the current position of the project, and propose development-oriented marketing plans.
  • Review, edit, and proofread creative and technical marketing content.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies and service providers and monitor their deliverables.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities for key events and special occasions.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across social media, digital platforms, TV, and other media.
  • Participate in marketing data analysis and highlight strengths and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience (mall, retail, real estate, or project marketing preferred).
