We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute and manage marketing plans for a mall or project through digital and advertising campaigns, market analysis, and performance tracking. The role focuses on increasing tenant attraction, visitor footfall, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities

Plan promotional programs, select appropriate marketing channels, and evaluate advertising effectiveness.

Develop marketing timelines, follow up on execution, and assess campaign results.

Prepare marketing reports, analyses, and recommendations in line with approved policies and procedures.

Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and services.

Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, online campaigns, events, and activations.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.

Conduct market studies, assess the current position of the project, and propose development-oriented marketing plans.

Review, edit, and proofread creative and technical marketing content.

Coordinate with marketing agencies and service providers and monitor their deliverables.

Plan and execute marketing activities for key events and special occasions.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across social media, digital platforms, TV, and other media.

Participate in marketing data analysis and highlight strengths and improvement areas.

Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

3–5 years of relevant marketing experience (mall, retail, real estate, or project marketing preferred).
