We are looking to hire a part- time Marketing Assistant; this person will harness the ability to work closely with our Marketing Team to ensure that webpages are effectively optimized for search engines, providing users with valuable and informative content.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule daily social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Photograph and film restoration projects (before/during/after documentation, team in action, customer testimonials, brand promos)
  • Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Assist with blog content creation and visual asset development
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement and comments
  • Develop short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) showcasing restoration tips and project highlights
  • Collaborate with field teams to capture compelling project documentation
  • Track social media metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Experience – 2 plus years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Technical skills – Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or equivalent tools – photography and videography – strong photography and video production skills – knowledge of SEO and content marketing best strategies preferred
  • Social media – Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
  • Communication – (Written and Verbal)
  • Experience in construction, restoration or home installation services preferred
  • Photography/videography certification preferred
  • Graphic design skills for creating branded visual content preferred
  • Associate degree Preferred
