Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a marketing professional who doesn't just execute campaigns but thinks strategically about brand building in the competitive financial trading space.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Strategist who can develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that differentiate RA Prime in the global FX/CFD market. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision making, understands the unique challenges of marketing financial products, and brings fresh ideas to engage both new and experienced traders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning (30%)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing direction
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Set measurable KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with leadership to position RA Prime as an innovative, trusted brand in the trading community

Creative Campaign Development (40%)

  • Conceptualize and create compelling marketing content that simplifies complex trading concepts and resonates with target audiences
  • Develop engaging copy for websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Work closely with the graphic design team to produce visually stunning and effective marketing assets
  • Create educational content (blogs, videos, webinars, guides) that empowers traders and builds brand authority
  • Ensure all marketing communications maintain brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints

Digital Marketing & Growth (20%)

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Explore innovative digital marketing trends and platforms to reach new audiences

Community Engagement & Partnerships (10%)

  • Build and nurture online trading communities through engaging content and active participation
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and industry events
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing improvements

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, FX/CFD, fintech, or B2B sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience marketing to traders or investors is a strong advantage

Strategic Competencies:

  • Creative thinker who can translate complex financial concepts into engaging content
  • Data-driven marketer who uses analytics to guide decisions and optimize performance
  • Deep understanding of the trading industry, trader psychology, and market dynamics
  • Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and tactically (execution)
  • Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable experimenting with new approaches

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software)
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus
  • Knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets
