About the Position: We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Specialist who is adaptable, organized, and able to exercise their keen eye for design while working in a fast paced environment. If you are looking for a job where you can collaborate with others, use your creativity, show off your knack for detail, and gain marketing experience in multiple markets and the property management industry - look no further!

Job Duties:

• Social Media management
• Digital and print media design and content creation
• Website management and edits
• Collaborate with internal teams - assisting with marketing strategies across portfolio
• Order marketing materials and fulfilling marketing requests
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all marketing content/advertising

Job Requirements:

• Periodic travel to properties for marketing needs - at least one annual trip per property
• Proficiency in Canva is required - familiarity with Adobe Lightroom is a plus
• Hands-on experience with brand social media and graphic design
• A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
