Job Title: Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong experience in social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be data-oriented, creative, and capable of managing campaigns from strategy to reporting. Experience with Odoo is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

● Generate qualified leads using Apollo and other lead generation tools and databases.
● Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
● Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
● Create and execute email marketing campaigns
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed analytical reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
● Manage CRM systems and marketing workflows to ensure proper lead tracking, nurturing, and handover to sales (experience with Odoo is a plus).

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree is a Must
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
● Proven experience managing paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
● Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
● Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
● Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, dashboards, performance tracking).
Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
● Experience with Odoo ERP/CRM is a plus.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
