Key Responsibilities
1. Lead planning and execution of marketing events across the MENA and Central Asia region, including exhibitions, technical seminars, customer events and brand activities;
2. Own end-to-end event management: concept development, budgeting, timeline control, on-site execution and post-event evaluation;
3. Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (sales, technical, solution, HQ marketing) to ensure strong business alignment;
4. Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand events;
5. Continuously improve event effectiveness and efficiency based on feedback and performance analysis.
Degree
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, engineering, or related fields
Skills & Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in marketing events, campaign execution or project management;
2. Proven ability to independently manage complex events and multiple stakeholders;
3. Strong communication skills in English; international experience preferred;
4. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Experience
Experience in B2B, energy, renewable energy, industrial or technology sectors is a strong plus
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in additional languages, e.g. Arabic, French, Spanish etc.
