Hiring: Marketing Specialist (Real Estate | AI Content | Agent Coordination)

Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive marketing executive to join our growing real estate team at Aviva Real Estate Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, creativity, and AI-driven content production with a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with sales agents to support listings, campaigns, and daily marketing needs

Create engaging content using AI tools (social media posts, reels, ad creatives, captions, etc.)

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

Stay updated with developer launches and project details (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Aldar, etc.)

Prepare project briefs and ensure agents are equipped with up-to-date information

Follow up on new launches, payment plans, and inventory before campaigns go live

Manage CRM / lead flow support in coordination with the sales team

Assist in organizing property events, roadshows, and exhibitions

Requirements

Experience in UAE real estate marketing (preferred)

Strong communication skills (English required, Turkish/Russian is a plus)

Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)

Social media savvy (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads basics)

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (agents, developers, management)
