We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day ecosystem for our assigned brands. You won’t just be posting to social; you will be the architect of our digital footprint. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven execution. You will act as the bridge between Operations and Creative, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies are executed flawlessly and resonate deeply within the local and regional markets.
Requirement: Native or professional-grade Arabic and English fluency is mandatory. You must be able to write, edit, and strategize in both languages with cultural nuance.
Specific Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Social Strategy: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of platform-specific strategies. You should understand the nuances between social media entertainment-first algorithm and Instagram’s aesthetic-driven feed.
- Content Transcreation & Curation: Script, brief, and schedule high-impact content. You must be able to adapt global brand voices into localized Arabic copy that sounds natural, not "translated."
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Move beyond "likes." You will track Engagement Rates, Shareability, and Conversion metrics, providing weekly reports with actionable insights to pivot strategy in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with the Creative Lab to ensure visual assets (stills/reels) align with technical specs and brand DNA.
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Support the rollout of 360-degree campaigns, from seasonal activations to large-scale events, ensuring all touchpoints (digital and physical outlet support) are cohesive.
- Influencer & Talent Relations: Identity, vet, and manage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers. You will handle the briefing process and ensure deliverables meet our ROI benchmarks.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular Social Listening and competitor benchmarking to keep our brands ahead of regional trends and consumer shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- The Tech Stack: Proficiency in scheduling tools (Later/Sprout Social), analytics (Meta Business Suite/GA4), and basic design literacy (Canva/Adobe Express).
- Cultural Fluency: A deep understanding of Khaleeji/Middle Eastern consumer behavior and the ability to leverage Arabic trends/slang appropriately.
- Agility: The ability to move at the speed of social media, jumping on "trending audio" or newsjacking opportunities before they go stale.
