Marketing Specialist- Content & Creative

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content & Creative Specialist to develop compelling marketing assets, manage content across multiple channels, and support our social media and UGC creator programs. This role blends design, copywriting, and digital media skills to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design high-quality marketing assets including graphics, one-pagers, downloadable resources, and email graphics.
• Copywriting & Editing: Write, edit, and proof engaging copy for marketing materials and user-facing resources.
• Social Media Management: Plan and maintain a multi-platform content calendar (Reddit, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent posting aligned with campaign goals.
• UGC & Influencer Support: Assist with creator/influencer outreach, communication, and coordination of deliverables.
• Video Editing: Edit and repurpose short-form video content for multiple platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Optimization: Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and digital media.
• Strong design skills using Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Familiarity with managing and growing social media platforms.
• Experience producing content for marketing and promotional materials.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Background in e-commerce or SaaS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
