Marketing Specialist / Content Creator - Hybrid

Our growing team is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to lead community initiatives and drive marketing efforts for housing programs and residential properties. Over the past several years, we have helped approximately 150 families move toward homeownership, and we are expanding our efforts across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Post advertisements for homes, properties, and businesses
• Create and execute marketing campaigns
• Write relevant articles, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Develop marketing strategies for properties and businesses in Eau Claire and other locations
• Take high-quality photos and videos of homes, communities, and events
• Post home listings online, including social media platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts
• Respond to inquiries via social media, email, and phone
• Reach out to local organizations to build potential housing partnershipsAdministration & Property Support
• Distribute notices
• Write newsletters and resident communications
• Support general property-related administrative needs

Content Creation

• Create social media postings
• Create videos

We are looking for someone with

• Prior marketing experience (required)
• Independence & Ownership - can work with minimal supervision and try out and figure things out on your own
• Strong ability to handle difficult people and situations
• High standard for quality and aesthetics.
• Strong organization skill
• Creativity - who can try out new things
• Strong computer skill, social media, AI
