Position Title: Marketing Specialist II

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist II to lead advanced digital marketing initiatives, streamline workflows, and drive measurable growth. This role focuses on strategic content management, SEO, link building, email automation, social media strategy, Google My Business (GMB) management, and website optimization using WordPress and Elementor, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation, AI-driven search strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage and enhance website content on WordPress using Elementor, implementing advanced SEO strategies, schema markup, and site performance optimization.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows for email, lead nurturing, and CRM integration to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Conduct advanced link-building campaigns, SEO audits, and competitor research using tools like Ahrefs to increase domain authority and search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings, including posts, reviews, insights, and local search performance.
  • Integrate AI-powered SEO and content strategies to optimize website visibility and performance in search engines.
  • Strategically manage social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and generate actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, AI applications in search, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, content management, marketing automation, and GMB management.
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, including complex page design, optimization, and plugin integration.
  • Expertise in SEO, schema markup, link-building strategies, and AI-enhanced search placement.
  • Hands-on experience with Ahrefs or similar SEO tools for backlink analysis, keyword research, and competitive insights.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) and CRM integration.
  • Experience with social media strategy and management, including paid campaigns and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Integromat) to streamline marketing processes.
  • Basic graphic design and visual content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and advanced lead nurturing strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI content optimization tools and AI-driven search placement techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
