855-RILAWNS is an aggressively growing, reputable company operating throughout Rhode Island. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage and execute our marketing efforts.

This is a remote position, however candidates must live locally and be available for occasional in-person marketing tasks (photos, video, signage, events, etc.).

This role is primarily marketing-focused, with some light administrative work as needed.

Work Hours:

• 20–30 hours per week
• Must have availability 8:30am – 12:00pm (EST)
• Flexible outside of core hours
• Potential to grow into full-time

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Publish regular blog content on company website
• Manage and improve SEO performance
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (AdWords)
• Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns
• Manage organic social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Perform light video editing for ads and social media
• Use AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and results
• Assist with basic marketing/admin tasks as needed (door hanging, placing yard signs, etc)
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3–5 years marketing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Social media management
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing and content creation
• Basic video editing experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Knowledge of landscaping or home services marketing is a plus
• Must live locally in Rhode Island
• Attention to detail — resume must include the phrase “I pay attention to detail” at the bottom
