Marketing Specialist (Photography, Design & Social Media) English & Arabic Compulsory

International Rent A Car is a leading vehicle rental company offering a wide range of vehicles for short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and capturing high-quality photography to showcase our diverse fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and track progress toward key performance goals.

Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of vehicles for promotional purposes.
• Edit and enhance photos/videos to align with brand aesthetics and social media trends.
• Maintain a digital archive of visual assets.

Graphic Design:

• Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the team to develop branding materials that align with our corporate identity.
• Assist in designing content for email campaigns and website updates.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create compelling and creative copy for social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the vehicle rental industry and incorporate them into content strategies.

Campaigns & Promotions:

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote various rental services.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and photography.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent design software.
• Proficient in photography and video editing tools such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the vehicle rental or automotive industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
