We are looking for a talented individual to oversee our marketing and social media campaigns, handling our digital presence across various platforms. This role is more than just daily execution; you will drive content and shape online engagement. You will lead the collaboration across teams to ensure the company’s digital presence is strong, relevant, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities.
- Develop content calendars and campaign plans for various social platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for each platform.
- Work with graphic designers, videographers, or content teams to produce branded content.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Build and nurture a strong online community and brand loyalty.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad spend and targeting based on campaign goals (awareness, engagement, conversion, etc.).
- Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, PR, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Integrate SEO strategies into social media content to improve search visibility.
- Maintain a consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure content aligns with company values
Qualifications:
- A bilingual person can speak English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (2–5+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience running paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, image/video creation).
- Knowledge of SEO and how social media integrates with search engine visibility
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
