Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Developer Experience Required)

Object-1 Real Estate Development is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist with proven real estate developer experience to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and hands-on experience working on the developer side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and manage brochures and all marketing collateral
• Conduct market research and provide actionable market insights
• Coordinate and collaborate with real estate agents and brokerage teams
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, website, online presence)
• Support PR activities and brand positioning initiatives
• Ensure marketing quality control, brand consistency, and compliance
• Execute marketing strategies and directives from management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Mandatory: Real estate developer-side experience
• Strong background in real estate marketing
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and PR strategies
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
