Marketing Specialist/ Sales /BD (Russian speaker)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our outsourcing services and expand our client base, with a particular focus on Russian-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote Hamdan Global’s outsourcing services.
• Create and manage marketing content (brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, especially within Russian-speaking markets.
• Manage online presence, including social media platforms, the company website, and email campaigns.
• Support lead generation efforts and coordinate with the sales team to nurture client relationships.
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• UAE experience with a minimum of 2–3 years in B2B marketing, preferably within the outsourcing or business services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with content creation and brand positioning.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (fluency required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the UAE or GCC market.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
