Role Overview
We’re seeking a
creative and proactive Marketing Specialist/Social Media Manager
to join our team and lead the development of our digital presence, increase engagement, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

Plan and schedule posts, maintaining a consistent content calendar

Manage influencer campaigns: identify, negotiate, and track performance

Send targeted
email and SMS campaigns
to increase sales

Monitor ad performance in coordination with our media buying agency
-
Prepare weekly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign performance
Additional Value (Nice to Have)

Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)

Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)

Blog writing & SEO-friendly product descriptions

Community management: replying to DMs & comments

Researching new trends and proposing creative campaign ideas

Assist in seasonal campaign planning (Ramadan, Eid, Summer, Black Friday, etc.)
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in marketing or social media management
-
Strong writing skills in
English & Arabic
-
Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset
-
Passion for social media and digital trends
-
Prior experience in
e-commerce
is a strong plus
