Marketing Staff

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves developing marketing strategies, executing sales campaigns, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective communication and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media accounts and online marketing content (if applicable).
• Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for product improvement and business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms preferred.

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional fieldwork or client visits.

May require travel for business meetings, events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
