Position Overview
The Marketing Strategist will lead the overall marketing direction for the Comfort Group (Comfort Elevators, Comfort IT Solutions, and Comfort Fire). The role focuses on building brand identity, strengthening market presence, and creating consistent lead-generation systems. The strategist will work closely with the outsourced social media agency and the in-house videographer/editor to ensure all content aligns with the group’s brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Strategy Development
- Develop and maintain a unified marketing strategy for all three companies.
- Create brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies.
- Ensure each company has a consistent identity across platforms.
2. Content & Campaign Planning
- Plan monthly content calendars for each company.
- Provide scripts, ideas, and concepts to the videographer for reels, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Guide the social media agency with clear briefs and strategic directions.
- Approve or refine all content before publishing.
3. Lead Generation & Digital Growth
- Build and optimise digital funnels for each business (SEO, ads, website improvements).
- Coordinate with agencies on ad campaigns and analyse performance.
- Drive targeted lead-generation efforts for homeowners, SMBs, contractors, consultants, and elevator clients.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Study Qatar’s home-tech, ELV, IT, and elevator market trends.
- Identify new opportunities and niches for the group.
- Build customer personas and buying journeys.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain monthly dashboards with KPIs and results.
- Analyse performance of content, ads, and campaigns.
- Recommend improvements based on data.
6. Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage social media agency and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with in-house videographer/editor for timely output.
- Support the sales team with pitch decks, brochures, and targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with the GMs/management of each company.
7. Project Ownership
- Lead special marketing projects such as website revamps, launch campaigns, storytelling videos, and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong experience in marketing strategy.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in GCC markets.
- Knowledge of smart home, ELV, elevators, IT, fire & safety.
- Ability to script or conceptualise videos.
- Basic design knowledge.

Reporting Structure
