Marketing Strategy Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy. This role involves driving both digital and offline marketing initiatives, performing market research, managing brand positioning, planning campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a full marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging to strengthen market presence.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing strategy and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
