Marketing Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and product display, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead marketing initiatives, focusing on retail and product display strategies.
• Develop and implement effective product display layouts to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, specifically with a focus on retail and product display.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
