Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Marketing Supervisor with a strong e-commerce background
to lead our online marketing strategies, campaigns, and team members. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, support the development and execution of integrated campaigns, and drive the performance of our e-commerce platforms to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) focused on e-commerce growth.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and support the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, performance expectations, and alignment with business objectives.

E-commerce Operations:
Collaborate with e-commerce and product teams to optimize online sales channels (e.g. Amazon, Noon, etc.).

Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and conversion data to assess ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.

Content Strategy:
Oversee the development of marketing content for digital ads, website, product descriptions, social media, and email marketing.

Website:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with business objectives
