Marketing Support Specialist

The Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the credit union’s success and growth by assisting with all marketing initiatives across the various credit union marketing channels.

The Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for:

• Assisting with managing the credit union’s website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Working with third-party vendors to produce quarterly member newsletters, statement inserts, and branch collateral material. Reviewing copy and art to ensure alignment with credit union marketing objectives.
• Assisting with keeping inventory and stock of marketing giveaways for events such as police organization golf outings and in-branch campaign giveaways.
• Coordinating and attending off-site police department events.
• Successfully managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Being a subject matter expert on credit union products and services.

To be considered for the Marketing Support Specialist position, applicants should have knowledge of and/or previous experience in the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior internship / work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to great proofreading skills.
• Tech savvy and familiar with social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram.)
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established time frames.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
