Work Experience
5-8 years in marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team; real estate, hospitality, or high-value product experience preferred.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets and project launch calendars.
- Translate business objectives into campaign briefs, channel plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs.
Campaign Execution
- Lead campaigns across social media, paid ads, WhatsApp, website, email, events, PR, and roadshows.
- Ensure all campaign materials, timelines, approvals, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Lead Generation
- Work closely with Sales to define lead quality, follow-up requirements, and campaign priorities.
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, lead source performance, and campaign ROI; recommend improvements.
Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, project messaging, and visual quality across all channels.
- Review key visuals, captions, brochures, videos, landing pages, and sales-support materials.
Team & Vendors
- Allocate tasks, guide team members, review outputs, and build a high-performance marketing culture.
- Manage agencies, media suppliers, influencers, photographers, printers, and event vendors.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; digital marketing certification preferred Experience
