Expert ADHD Coaching is a premium ADHD coaching company led by National Bestselling Author Shanna Pearson. We are an established company that helped 22,000+ clients, already has some scale, and is ready to upgrade its infrastructure for the next level of growth.

You’ll be our hands-on builder for everything tech/digital, bridging backend operations, digital infrastructure, and AI-era marketing visibility. You’ll help transform how the company runs, from internal processes, automating and modernizing our operations, workflows and software, managing websites, content, videos, funnels, data, dashboards, and our AIO footprint so we are recommended by LLMs.

We’re looking for a super smart, relentlessly detail oriented, organized, tech-savvy implementer who will take full responsibility for our tech and marketing stack end-to-end.

As our hands-on implementer working directly with our intentionally small leadership team, this is a high impact role that requires high integrity and clear communication and reporting. The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand into leadership over operations, and systems strategy as we continue to grow.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You’ll work directly with the leadership team on strategic projects, contributing both your technical expertise and your ability to execute, to turn ideas and goals into organized, efficient, well-documented systems that actually work.

The mix of ongoing responsibilities and needle-moving projects will include (over time, not all at once):

✅ Ops Systems and Data Management (Hands-On Tech: Improve Operations & Workflows.)

  • Assess and modernize our tech stack. You’ll architect an improved system, implement it yourself, and document it so it scales.
  • Replace spreadsheet and document based manual workflows with remotely accessible secure databases and role-based dashboards; maintain credentials and SOPs.
  • unify our various software systems into a coherent digital ecosystem that runs smoothly and “just works”.
  • Be responsible for CRM, email, scheduling, billing, and two-way SMS; build automations for lead routing, client onboarding, coach billing, client communication, and reporting.
  • Build Data Dashboards eg. Looker/BI dashboards combining ads + tracking + CRM; (source/medium → engaged leads → calls → enrollments → revenue).
  • Document SOPs; maintain credentials; track outcomes; report weekly to leadership.
  • Record short training videos for coaches on new systems.
  • Longer-term: help scope/oversee a secure coach-client messaging app with integrated client outcome tracking.

✅ Marketing Tech (Client Acquisition Systems)

  • Build and optimize funnels, landing pages and lead qualification flows;
  • Manage Google/Meta reporting and performance.
  • Website, scheduling and marketing tools upkeep.
  • Stand up 2-way automated SMS that forces a reply before qualifying to schedule a call

✅ Digital Marketing and Media Support

  • Edit, repurpose and upload video; AI-parsable summaries; thumbnails; channel uploads with correct tags and metadata.
  • Coordinate digital content uploads/updates across platforms.
  • Publish press releases and PR assets.

✅ AIO and Online Authority

  • Strengthen Knowledge Graph visibility
  • Stand up and maintain AIO/SEO foundations and authority-building strategies: schema, entities, citations, structured content, cross-linking, indexing, KG coherence.
  • Create/maintain web pages & microsites; publish PR posts; manage metadata, tagging, and uploads.
  • Create and execute an LLM-visibility plan: entity homepages, citations, FAQs, structured data, evidence pages, brand consistency, Wikipedia, and controlled third-party profiles;
  • Monitor LLM answers and iterate, to ensure we are discoverable and recommendable by current and future AI platforms.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • 4–8 years hands-on ops/marketing tech implementation (build → launch → maintain).
  • Portfolio with shipped funnels
  • Led stack modernization: spreadsheets → databases/dashboards;
  • Maintained clear SOPs and documentation.
  • CRM admin + automations experience with email, billing, scheduling.
  • Advanced webhooks, and basic REST API know-how.
  • Two-way SMS flows: reply-gating, routing, logging, compliance.
  • Data & attribution: GA4 + Google/Meta Ads + CRM joined in Looker Studio/Metabase; clean UTM use.
  • Web/CMS & funnels: forms, pixels/GTM, tracking, high-intent pages.
  • AIO/SEO foundations: JSON-LD schema, entity homepages, citations, internal linking; Knowledge Graph awareness.
  • Media ops: basic video edits, captions, thumbnails; upload with correct tags/metadata.
  • Security/process: role-based access, credential hygiene; ships weekly updates and Loom how-tos.
  • Clear communicator; low-ego collaborator
  • Postgres + SQL basics; Looker Studio connectors; Clearbit/PDL/Dropcontact or similar enrichment.
  • You think in outcomes, not tasks. You can scope, execute, QA, and prove impact.

COMPENSATION

$80k-$110k DOE and location, plus performance bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
