Part-time, flexible hours(within 7a-7p), 20-30 hours per week, in person

Job Overview:

Level 2 Designs is seeking a resourceful and tech-savvy Marketing & Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, can jump seamlessly between tasks, and enjoys leveraging AI and new tools to make marketing systems more efficient.

You’ll primarily support our e-commerce brand, Health by Principle, while also contributing to projects for Level 2 Designs and its clients. The right candidate will take ownership of SEO, newsletters, and marketing systems, while also pitching creative ideas for ads and campaigns that are low-cost and scalable. Social media content scheduling will be a secondary priority until core marketing systems are running smoothly.

This is not a traditional coordinator role — we are looking for someone with a “hacker” mentality who can navigate the challenges of today’s tech landscape, adapt quickly, and find creative ways to get results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of email blasts and newsletters
  • Proofread blog posts, website copy, press releases, and other materials
  • Assist in tracking metrics and analytics to help shape future marketing tactics, including SEO analytics
  • Produce regular reports on marketing efforts and share actionable insights
  • Brainstorm ways to attract prospective customers such as campaigns and promotions
  • Research audience preferences and monitor trending hashtags/topics/keywords
  • Provide creative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts
  • Leverage AI tools to generate content, streamline workflows, and create systems that run independently.
  • Provide support on marketing and web-related tasks across Level 2 Designs’ projects and clients.
  • Future: Develop and execute social media strategy for Health by Principle
  • -Develop and maintain a social media calendar in collaboration with marketing team-Create, schedule, and publish multimedia content for the various social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related field.
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) to ideate and generate content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a “hacker” mentality — resourceful, adaptable, and unafraid to figure things out.
  • Ability to jump between tasks without losing momentum.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Experience creating or managing newsletters.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with good time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail
