Position Description: This role is at the intersection of marketing and technology, responsible for managing and implementing advanced digital solutions to optimize our marketing efforts. This position is responsible for enhancing our digital presence and customer engagement through effective use of digital advertising, marketing/HubSpot automation, SEO/AIO, reporting and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing digital strategies for Davidson Homes, with a focus on SEO/AIO, digital advertising (Facebook Ads/Google Ads, 3rd party syndication), marketing automation, and reporting.

Collaborate with the director of marketing on the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms.

Ensure digital marketing strategies complement Davidson Homes’ overall goals.

Conceive and deploy new marketing automated scripts and workflows using tools like Zapier and HubSpot.

Improve CRM and digital marketing reporting efforts, sharing insights across all Davidson Homes’ divisions.

Stay up to date on the latest marketing tools and innovations (including AI developments), recommending adoption where useful.

Become a HubSpot expert, working to identify new opportunities to leverage its extensive tools and reporting options.

Work with digital strategy manager to design and deploy A/B tests to improve ongoing user experience, marketing campaigns and overall digital performance.

Collaborate with digital marketing specialist on digital advertising strategies and campaigns, both on-demand and automated.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize work flows, improve efficiencies and support training and use of all marketing systems and tools.

Assist with other special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
3+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in marketing, computer science, advertising (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and a passion for improving processes, streamlining technology, and improving performance.

Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner. Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
