Position Overview

At Infinator Pvt Ltd, we work together to create brands people love. For the last two years, we have been on a high growth path through e-commerce, and we are now poised to be a multi-category, multichannel, scale business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through Email / Chat / WhatsApp / Voice Calls.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Personality Attributes

  • Self-motivated worker, that can complete tasks under minimal supervision
  • Team Player

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Fluency in English, Good written skills, Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written

Should have good logical skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 years, experience marketing/customer support will be added advantage. Freshers with relevant skills Can also Apply.
