Marketing/Sales Manager

Polo Sanitary Fittings is a recognized brand in pure brass bath sets and premium bathroom accessories, supplying to dealers, contractors, builders, and project clients.
We are expanding nationwide and seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager who can lead business growth, develop dealer networks, and strengthen brand presence.

This is a strategic leadership role, not a routine sales job.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Growth

• Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners
• Maintain and grow B2B & project-based relationships (builders, architects, showrooms)
• Plan monthly territory visits and close distribution agreements

Sales Operations & Performance

• Set monthly sales targets and ensure performance delivery
• Conduct dealer follow-ups, pricing negotiations, and account retention
• Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and product movement trends

Marketing & Brand Building

• Lead product displays, showroom branding, and exhibition setups
• Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and dealership schemes
• Manage product photography, social media content briefs, and catalog development

Team Leadership

• Supervise and motivate sales staff and territory representatives
• Conduct training on product features, communication, and dealer handling
• Prepare weekly performance reports and present to management

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Sanitary, Tiles, Hardware, Pipe Fittings, Building Materials, or FMCG
• Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Must understand dealer & distributor sales models
• Comfortable with travel (Lahore / Faisalabad / Multan / Islamabad regions)
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and professional communication
• Confident personality with leadership mindset
