We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead growth, develop dealer networks, and drive project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealers, builders, and contractors.

- Secure project supplies for major construction and housing developments.

- Oversee territory visits, pricing, and performance targets.

- Plan promotions, exhibitions, and showroom branding.

- Lead and train the sales team to achieve national growth goals.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in sanitary fittings, pipes, or building materials.

- Strong project & dealer sales background.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and travel readiness.
