Marketing/Social media Associate, Influencer

Pay: Rs 35,000 – Rs 40,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing / Social Media Associate to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media management, AI-powered tools, and Canva design, and will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engagement, and growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute effective social media and marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
• Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, captions) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design high-quality visuals, infographics, and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation, improve workflows, and boost engagement.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts including posting, responding to queries, and monitoring engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools to keep our strategies fresh and impactful.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in social media marketing/content creation (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in AI tools for digital marketing and content optimization.
• Strong design skills with Canva (or equivalent platforms).
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Highly creative with a strong sense of branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
