Marketplace Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace (ebay) Account Manager to oversee daily operations of our eBay store. This role includes creating and optimizing listings, managing inventory, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub and is familiar with eBay’s policies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activity to maintain pricing and product competitiveness.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage returns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns using eBay’s tools such as markdown sales and Promoted Listings.
• Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure account health and compliance with eBay standards.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and sales on the platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing an eBay seller account.
• Familiarity with eBay policies, Seller Hub, and performance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using basic inventory management or analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience running eBay promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of eBay analytics and reporting tools.
