Redcube Technologies LLC is a leading E-commerce company committed to delivering exceptional products and services. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Specialist in E-Commerce (Amazon & eBay, etc) to drive our e-commerce success and achieve our business goals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an eBay Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our presence on key online marketplace such as eBay, and others. You will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, driving sales, optimizing listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, highly analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Implement promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to drive sales and increase market share.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
• Stay current on e-commerce industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices.

EXPERIENCE

• Must have track record of successfully selling jackets on various online marketplaces i.e. Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc, with expertise in product listing, product hunting, pricing, marketing, and customer service
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or listing tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, ChannelAdvisor) is desirable.
