Job Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management & Optimization

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and other major ecommerce marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Handle marketplace-specific requirements, compliance, and policy adherence

Performance Analysis & Growth

• Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Generate actionable reports on sales performance, conversion rates, traffic trends, and competitive analysis
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and sales velocity
• Track and optimize advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored products) across platforms

Operational Excellence

• Coordinate with internal teams including inventory, Planning, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
• Manage product catalog updates, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Handle marketplace communications, resolve account issues, and maintain healthy seller metrics
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high seller ratings
