Marketplace Operations Executive

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Executive in our Marketplace Department with the qualifications below;

Job Description:

• Coordinate order, invoicing, and return operations
• Track and regularly report operational KPIs while developing process improvements
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and collaborate with different teams
• Regularly report metrics such as vendor performance, order flow, return rates, and SLA compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in marketplace operations.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (commercial, finance, logistics, customer service) to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, integrator platforms, and marketplace operation tools
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and propose actionable improvements.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to proactively address operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
