Marketplace Sr. Eexecutive (Amazon, Etsy & others)

We are searching for a proactive and organized Marketplace expert with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for craft, to help manage our different Amazon, Etsy and Ebay Shops. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or with Amazon, Etsy and ebay itself, and will bring a can-do attitude and creative problem-solving skills to the team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing our Amazon, Etsy and Ebay Shop, including listing products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Conduct competitive market research to stay updated on trends and competitor's product pricing.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer queries, complaints, and reviews, providing information about our products, and resolving issues professionally.

Track orders, handle shipping procedures, and manage logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Utilize SEO,PPC strategies to improve shop visibility and drive more traffic.

Handle social media promotion of our shop and engage with our online community.

Help in developing promotional materials, blog posts, and newsletters.

Liaise with the team to provide updates and reports on sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized digital files.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a Marketplace expert role or relevant position, with prior experience in managing an Amazon, Etsy Shop or e-commerce platform being highly desirable.

Proficiency in using Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and other platform features and related software like spreadsheets, word processors, and graphic design tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of SEO,PPC and social media marketing.

Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on relevance and urgency.

Familiarity with basic book keeping and order management.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
