Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Junior Marketing Specialist with 2 - 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a professional with a strong interest in MarTech (Marketing Technology), digital trends, and B2B marketing in the software industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target industries and geographies.

· Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and outbound sales strategies.

· Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the client's needs and use cases.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and positioning.

· Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

· Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.

· Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and client meetings.


Required Skills & Competencies:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solutions.

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, demo, and closure.

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
