Masa Plant Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Masa Plant Operator to join our operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in operating Masa 9001 XL or similar block production plants. This role requires strong technical knowledge and operational discipline to support plant efficiency and production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Masa plant and associated machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment
• Ensure smooth production processes and adhere to quality standards
• Maintain operational records and report any issues to the Plant Engineer/Plant Manager
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work environment
• Support in plant inspections and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar plant (Masa 9001 XL or equivalent)
• ITI in Electrical or Mechanical will also be considered with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical and operational understanding of block production plants
• Proficient in English with effective communication skills
• Knowledge of plant safety practices
