Machine Operator

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our manufacturing team as Junior Operators. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and will be involved in day-to-day plant operations, including furnace, casting, and rolling mill processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment such as furnaces, casting machines, and rolling mills
• Support senior operators in maintaining smooth production flow
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times
• Perform basic machine checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Record production data and assist in reporting
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills

Training & Development

• Hands-on training in:
• Furnace Operations
• Casting Processes
• Rolling Mill Operations
• Continuous learning and skill development under experienced supervisors

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred)
• Willingness to work in shifts and industrial environment
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
