Job Summary: A Mason is responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, or other building materials. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, preparing materials, and ensuring high-quality, durable workmanship.

Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Prepare and lay bricks, stones, blocks, or concrete according to project plans. - Mix mortar or concrete to the required consistency and apply it correctly. - Ensure structures are level, plumb, and aligned properly. - Repair or replace damaged structures, walls, or surfaces. - Collaborate with other tradespeople and construction teams to complete projects on time. - Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness. - Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Qualifications / Skills: - Proven experience as a Mason in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. - Proficiency in bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Physical stamina, strength, and dexterity for manual labor. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE.

Working Conditions: - Work is primarily outdoors, exposed to varying weather conditions. - Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. - May require work at heights or in confined spaces. - Possible overtime depending on project schedules.
