City Way Facilities Management is Hiring – Mason

We are looking for an experienced Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in masonry work including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and concrete work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform bricklaying, block work, and plastering as per site requirements
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, and other concrete or brick surfaces
• Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other materials as needed
• Lay tiles, repair cracks, and patch broken surfaces
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of masonry work
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety standards and site regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mason (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read simple construction drawings
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Ability to work independently and in a team
