Mason

We are seeking experienced and skilled Masons to join a reputable organization in Qatar. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in general masonry work, including tiling, plastering, blockwork, bricklaying, and surface preparation. The ideal applicants will be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tiling tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other tile types on various surfaces.
• Carry out general masonry work including plastering, blockwork, bricklaying, and surface finishing.
• Prepare work areas by leveling, smoothing, and applying waterproofing materials when required.
• Conduct grouting, sealing, and finishing to ensure long-lasting and visually appealing results.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles and masonry surfaces as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications to complete work accurately.
• Mix mortar, concrete, adhesives, and grout to the correct consistency.
• Follow workplace safety standards and site procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• High school education or relevant training in Masonry, Construction, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in masonry works including tiling, plastering, and blockwork.
• Proficiency in masonry tools, tile cutters, leveling devices, and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Physically fit with the stamina required for manual labor.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
