Position: Mason Foreman

Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,000 + accommodation, transportation, food, and all other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily masonry activities including block work, plastering, tiling, and finishing works.

• Ensure all masonry work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and site discipline of masonry teams.
• Inspect completed and ongoing works to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, civil foremen, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report work progress, material requirements, and site issues to the project management team.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Masonry / Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Mason Foreman on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to lead and manage multi-skilled site teams effectively.
