SITE FOREMAN– Architectural Construction & Finishes

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with strong expertise in architectural construction, interior fit-out works, and finishing activities. The ideal candidate will supervise site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain strict project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to architectural and finishing works (gypsum, painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.)
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to safety policies.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
• Ensure site safety regulations are always followed and maintained.
• Assist with material planning, quantity checks, and timely procurement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• UPDA LICENSE (GRADE A-C)
• Minimum 8-15 years of experience as a Foreman in architectural/finishing construction.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades including joinery, painting, tiling, gypsum works and fitout.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage fast-paced site environments.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management procedures.
