Mason-Nauru Deployment

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Mason to join our construction team in Nauru. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, and concrete finishing, and must be able to communicate in English to ensure smooth coordination on site.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, stonework, and tiling.

Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials according to specifications.

Read and interpret construction drawings and instructions.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.

Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason.

Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and basic written).

Good knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and construction techniques.

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to complete work to high standards.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

Trade certification or vocational training in masonry.
