Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources + Media Officer to join our team. This hybrid role bridges internal team management with outward-facing media responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions while also contributing to our digital media presence. You will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring our brand is effectively communicated both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, interviews, employee orientation).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support performance management procedures and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist with training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
Media & Communication Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop internal and external communications materials.
- Assist in planning and promoting company events and campaigns.
- Monitor media performance metrics and prepare engagement reports.
- Capture and edit photo/video content for company events or daily operations.
- Maintain consistent branding and tone across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, media, or a related role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic media editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and organizational skills.
